Quiz questions and certificates are original works of ApexPDH.com.
You retain ownership of your quiz scores and certificates.

6. No Warranties

7. Account Termination

ApexPDH may suspend or delete accounts for abuse, cheating, or violation of terms.
No refunds for completed PDH courses (self-paced, instant access).

9. Governing Law

These terms governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within South Carolina.
